The barbacoa was so salty that I can't rate it beyond a star. There are much better places in the area to buy meats and other products.

Bought 7lbs of fajitas tejanas and they were very tough and no flavor at all.We asked the butcher to cut them in half and he said he did but we found out they weren't cut in half when we started to grill them.
