The customer service here is absolutely ridiculous. Including the 877 "customer service" number. Honestly returning something has never been such a hassle. I honestly wouldn't even continue struggling to do it if it wasn't for my mom. I repeat do not buy from here if you are not 100% sure your keeping them. My mom unfortunately loves this brands shoes. They could really use an entire new set of customer service and retail workers.
I just called to see if the company has a return or exchange policy (warranty) and the lady that answered was very rude and had a smart tone with me (the customer). She asked me "Tell me what company has a warranty?" First of all, Macy's does! The shoes we bought were $175. I mean, you would think that you can get something for the money you paid for them. Had I known this was gonna happen I would've never purchased the shoes here and especially with the staff being so unpolite!
