I went in today to have a link removed from my watch. They did not charge me. They let me look around at all the jewelry and take pictures to give my husband gift ideas. Donny was super helpful. I will be returning.

Look no more, my watch band had an issue with staying clasped. I called Frank's and son jewelry to see if they would look at it and they said yes. It took 5 minutes to fix and Donald who greeted me and worked on it was very knowledgeable. Donald would not charge me anything to fix it which is hard to see nowadays. I will be back to buy something for my wife.
