I recently purchased a home and the city of Pasadena wanted a permit before allowing center point on my premises... I called Joe, which was the best thing I did since buying the house, then 30 minutes after speaking with him he arrived at my location. He checked the breaker and told me that the house had already been inspected because a licensed electrician had left a green tag.
