I kept waiting to get help. An associate saw me and never offered help but kept staring at me and my sis like we were going to steal. She passed me up to help another customer until I told my sis let's get out of here, this lady is being rude. She raised her voice, put her hands up and started trying to fight. I explained to her everything she did and told me I could leave If i didn't like her service. The manager was nowhere to be found.
Came here because the Kohl's in my area was out of stock on a product I wanted and they sent me here . From what I could tell it looked fine and was clean as for customer service the young man that checked us out was friendly but that was my only experience with customer service with this store.
