Thia place is a shiid hole, the staff from the payment window are very rude and impolite, specially the old lady with glasses on window 4. The needs a lesson of good manners and customer service. Avoid the rude bich

I just got here to make a payment and they are closed without notice, I called earlier and they told me that they were going to be open
Have left several messages to the collection department to request more time to pay my ticket. Never returned my call! Had to call and speak to the supervisor over the collection department. We will see how that goes. Hopefully she can be helpful.
